What is Coast’s return policy?
Coast’s return policy has strict protocols when it comes to product returns to make sure that the item(s) you send back are in perfect condition for the next customer. Through a series of inspections, Coast checks for any marks or scent from perfumes, deodorants, make up, and more that could soil the garment or item. Just like other return policies, the items should be unworn and unwashed. Unfortunately, any signs of these will not be welcomed, and Coast has the right to refuse the return.
How long do I have to return an item to Coast?
Coast’s policy on this is a little bit confusing. You have 14 days from the date of your order to cancel it, and then you have another 14 days after informing Coast of your return to send it back, so altogether you have 28 days to return your order. As a requirement, all items must be in their original condition, along with tags and original packaging.
How do I make a return to Coast?
Firstly, you need to visit Coast’s returns portal online. Enter your order number and the last four digits of your mobile number to begin the process. Enter the required information and choose your preferred return option. Then repack your items in their original packaging, and drop your order off at your local drop-off point. Make sure you keep the proof of postage in case your refund doesn’t arrive, but it can take up to 28 days from the date of your return for the order to be delivered and your refund processed.
Does Coast have free returns?
