Anyone’s patience will be tested when they shop Mango’s collection online.
They’re the go-to high street brand if you want to look expensive on a budget, but unlike shopping in-store, making a purchase on the website means you have to wait for it to arrive.
If you’re too excited to try on your purchase and can’t wait more than three days, here’s everything you need to know about Mango‘s fastest delivery option.

Which is the fastest delivery Mango offers?
Mango has four types of delivery. Their fastest option is express delivery whre you can receive your package within 48 hours, as long as you made a purchase between Monday to Friday.
This option costs £8.95. If you make it past their 11 AM cut-off time, your items will be delivered within three days. But if the next day is a Bank Holiday or weekend, they will deliver it on the next business day.
You can’t choose their next-day delivery option if your order is larger than 70x50x60cm. This includes furniture and lighting.
When you reach checkout, it will tell you which items might not be eligible for next-day delivery.
How long does Mango take to deliver?
Their other delivery options are store pick-up, home delivery, and CollectPlus. The shipping cost will vary depending on which option you choose.
For store pick-up, there’s no shipping cost and you can get your package between three to seven days. Mango will send an e-mail when the parcel leaves their warehouse and another one about collecting your order at the store.
You have 15 days to pick-up your oder, make sure that you present your order number and show your ID when collecting.
Home delivery costs £3.95, free if your purchase is from £30. This usually takes two to five days, excluding Sundays.
Another option is Collect+ which costs £2.95 and will take three to six days for you to collect your order. Once you receive an email, you have 10 days to pick up your order from the nearest Collect+ store.
Can I change the delivery address of an order?
Yes, as long as the order is not yet in the hands of the carrier. All you need to do is log into your account and head on over to “My Purchases” to check the status of your parcel.
If it’s still being prepared in their warehouse you need to contact their Customer service right away to request a change of address.
Can you track your Mango order?
If you have an account, you check the details of your purchase in “My Purchases,” all you need to do is log in with your email address.
But if you purchased as a guest, take note of your order number and log in from “My Purchases” and click “I am not registered.”
You will also receive updates via email, so make sure to keep an eye on your email for notifications.
Can I cancel my order?
Whether you’ve changed your mind or accidentally made the wrong order, you can cancel your order through their Help form.
If the order is already with the carrier you can no longer cancel it. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchases, you can always return them within 60 days.
How much does it cost to return your Mango order?
The brand has three return options and they’re all free of cost. You can return it in store, at the post office, or for home collection.
