While Miami Fashion Week takes place in the same city, MSW is an event in its own right with a focus on the upcoming trends around swimwear and resort wear. After first launching in 2002, it has made a mark as one of the leading fashion events in the swimwear industry. Held annually, it showcases different designers from around the world, ranging from veterans to independent artists and new designers.

When is Miami Swim Week?
MSW usually takes place in July. The last event took place from July 3rd to July 10th, 2023. As for the next event, MSW 2024 will return in mid-July, as mentioned on their website.
Who organizes MSW?
IMG have been the long-running organizers of the MSW and have worked alongside LDJ, Funkshion, and Feinberg. Unfortunately, they pulled out as the organizers of Miami Swim Week in 2015 and have not been back since.
As for the recent fashion event, MSW 2023 was run by lifestyle brand Paraiso, while the second half is under DC Swim Week.
How do you get into MSW?
Most attendees of Miami Swim Week are invited via invitations from designers and sponsors as they include key fashion people like influencers, media, industry people, and more. There are other shows that are open to the public, for which tickets can be booked through the Miami Swim Week official website.
Can I get tickets for MSW?
As mentioned, purchasing tickets for Miami Swim Week is possible, and the prices vary depending on what category you want to purchase. For MSW 2023, it differs from general admission, bronze, silver, and gold, followed by platinum VIP and diamond VIP.
The highest tier is the Swim Week Ultimate Experience, which includes perks such as front row seating, all-access, meet and greets with designers, secret parties, and more.
Where is MSW held?
MSW 2023 took place at the iconic Miami Beach, Florida, hosting various runway shows from July 3 to July 10, 2023. The annual fashion event featured well known labels such as Maaji, Liberty & Justice, KOBU, Cupshe, Ema Savahl, Lovechelle, and Sports Illustrated Swimsuit, where it featured cover models Brooks Nader and the Nader sisters, Mary, Grace, and Sarah.
