Rabanne x H&M is now just hours away from launching, but if you’re planning to make a purchase from the exciting designer collaboration, you might need to know how long you have to send anything back. The limited edition collections aren’t like the rest of H&M’s products. While you usually have 28 days to make any returns, the brand isn’t as generous with its designer collabs.
Presumably it’s because the brand wants to sell it as quickly as possible, and making returns up to four weeks later could scupper their plans. This is absolutely fine if you know how long you have and can return the items you don’t want as quickly as possible, but if you don’t know, you could make a very expensive mistake.
Just so you know, Rabanne x H&M launches on November 9th, 2023. It’s set to drop in the morning, and as there’s been so much hype around the collection, it’s expected to sell – fast. It comes just a few months after H&M collaborated with Mugler, while prior to this it has teamed up with designers like Simone Rocha, Moschino and Karl Lagerfeld, to name a few.

How long do you have to return Rabanne x H&M items?
If you purchase a Rabanne x H&M item in-store, you only have three days to return it. You’ll need to return it in-store, ideally to the store you purchased it. This has been confirmed by H&M on their website.
If you purchase an item online, you have to return it within seven days of its arrival. Their website states: “All Rabanne x H&M items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.”
Can I return something I bought in-store by post?
No. If you’ve bought an item in-store, you need to return it to your local store.
How many Rabanne x H&M items can I buy?
H&M is only allowing one piece of each style per customer. So you could technically buy one of each, but you can’t buy multiple sizes.
