Kate opted to wear a white floral scent on her wedding day by a small local brand. The White Gardenia Petals by Illuminum is composed of eight ingredients that make up four scents with the top notes of lily, bergamot and cassis.

A sweet, floral scent was also present on this big day as Jo Malone’s Orange Blossom candles were lit on the West Minister Abbey as per Kate’s request.

The crisp and clean tangerine blossom aroma filled the air as she walked down the aisle to her prince.
Kate’s other Jo Malone scents she’s been known to savour are the Grapefruit and Lime, Basil, and Mandarin and it’s being said that she wears them daily.
Floral and sweet fragrances seem to be a staple to the royals as Kate’s sister-in-law Megan Markle’s favourite scent is the Jo Malone Wild Bluebell with top notes of cloves and bellflower.
Princess Diana also picked up a ranging composition of flowers by Houbigant Paris. The Quelques Fleurs by the said brand has the top notes of lily of the valley (Princess Diana’s favourite flower), rose, and orange blossom.
Though Buckingham Palace did not officially talk about the late Queen Elizabeth II fragrance preferences it was reported that she wore White Rose by Floris on her wedding day.
