How to redeem an Arket gift card
Arket gift cards can only be purchased and used in stores.
You can check if there’s a local store near you through their store locator on their website.
Can I use an Arket gift card online?
No. Unfortunately, you can only use your gift card in-store. They are not available to use online.
If you want to save some time browsing in the store, you can check out their website beforehand.

Does an Arket Gift Card expire?
Yes, Arket gift cards do expire. The expiry date will be printed on your card.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Arket made a few changes to its gift card policies, extending the validity period of all gift cards and merchandise return cards by 6 months.

How do I check the balance of my gift card?
You can check the balance of your cards in-store.
Simply ask at the till and they’ll be able to check this for you.
