Excited for Berlin Fashion Week? Same! The industry might be geared up for the ‘Big Four’ Fashion Weeks in New York, London, Paris and Milan, but there are a few smaller Fashion Weeks that are just as exciting across the globe. Like Copenhagen, Seoul and Tokyo, Berlin has its own Fashion Week where local designers get to showcase their creations to the public. Since being established in July 2007, Berliner Modewoche (as the locals call it) has received global popularity after showcasing the notable works of creative young designers. Since then, it has been recognised as a haven for budding artists and contemporary designers.

Just like the other biannual fashion events, Berlin Fashion Week unites the industry’s key players and influential people to witness the up-and-coming fashion and trends, from established designers like Marc Cain, Odeeh, and Esther Perbandt to new breeds of artists like Fassbender, Sia Arnika, and more. Guests will surely be mesmerised by Berlin’s creative and fun flare when it comes to fashion shows, runway presentations, and numerous events.

Here, we share everything you need to know about the event. Next, you might want to check out everything you need to know about London Fashion Week and how you can tune in.
