If you love designer fashion, no doubt you’re already a big fan of luxury fashion marketplace Farfetch – but if you’re waiting for pay day, you’ll want to know whether it accepts Klarna as a form of payment.
For those who don’t know, Klarna allows you to buy now and pay later, whether delaying payment for 30 days after receiving your order, or paying in 3.

This means you can pay for a third of your order when you buy it, another a month later, and the final payment a month after that.
This is particularly useful if you’re buying an expensive item, and as Farfetch stocks luxury labels like Gucci, Dior, Balenciaga, Off-White, Balmain and many more, it makes buying designer items much easier.
It’s not without its problems, I might add. It’s been described as ‘dangerous‘ as it can allow shoppers to end up in debt, and some claim it has negatively affected their credit ratings – even meaning they’re unable to buy a house.
If you do still want to use it though, here’s what you need to know about shopping on Farfetch using Klarna.
Does Farfetch take Klarna?
Yup! Farfetch allows you to pay later with Klarna, with both Pay in 3 interest-free instalments and Pay in 4 interest-free instalments options available.
When you opt to use Klarna, they will ‘perform a soft search with a credit agency which will not affect your credit score.’
Maximum spends apply to every order, and these are 1,500 Euros in France and Italy, £1,500 in the United Kingdom and $1,500 in the United States.

Does Farfetch use Afterpay?
Just like Klarna, Afterpay allows you to buy now and pay later.
Afterpay is an interest-free payment option that allows you to ‘shop now, enjoy now and pay it off in four fortnightly instalments with FARFETCH.’
Note that if you miss a payment, you’re charged a late fee!
When is the Farfetch sale?
Farfetch always has a sale going on. Currently, you can discover numerous items on sale from brands like Ganni, Versace, Girlfriend Collective, and other designer pieces.
They also participate in big shopping events like Black Friday and Boxing Day.
