Wondering if Primark sells online? Then you have come to the right place. Primark is everyone’s guilty pleasure. From the incredibly affordable fashion to the surprisingly decent homeware, there’s no denying that it’s great for those shopping on a budget.

If you’re lucky enough to live near a Primark, shopping there won’t be an issue for you but for many, heading to the shops can feel like a mission – especially now we have online shopping. We shop online more than ever before. During the pandemic in 2020, 87% of Internet users in the UK shopped online and across the pond, 25% of Americans shop online at least once per month.

Wear Next may receive a small commission if you click a link from one of our articles onto a retail website and make a purchase.

Does Primark have an online store in the UK?

At the time of writing, Primark does not allow you to buy online and have it delivered to your house. However, it is currently trialling a Click & Collect service in the UK, offering 2,000 products to shoppers online to increase the selection for those who live near smaller stores. Here are the regions that currently offer Primark click and collect:

  • North Wales
  • Yorkshire
  • North-West of England

It is also coming soon to 32 stores in London, although we do not have the exact date yet. A spokesperson said: “Our average-size stores are only able to stock a limited range and for these customers the number of options available to them will broadly double, increasing even more for customers of our small stores.

“This trial will enable us to provide more fashion, licence and lifestyle products to more customers and more often.”

Primark also recently launched a new website, which allows shoppers to check stock levels at each store. Traffic increased to the site by 60% following the launch. Sadly, as we mention above, you can’t actually buy from Primark online, as it doesn’t have an online store. You can however find a selection of Primark pieces on Amazon, including homeware, womenswear and childrenswear.

Why does Primark not sell online?

Despite the devastating impact that not selling online had on the business during the pandemic, Primark still continues to avoid e-commerce.

Regarding their new website, Primark chief executive Paul Marchant said: “We know our customers love the experience of shopping with Primark and the surprises they pick up when they come into our stores – it’s what makes Primark special. “However, we know that they also want to browse the latest collections online and be able to check availability, which is what our new website makes possible for the first time.

“This new website and new features mark a significant step forward for our business and represent a shift in the role of digital at Primark. The new site also gives us a great opportunity to reach a whole new set of customers, enabling us to showcase the great range of products we offer when they’re browsing online to help tempt them into our stores.”

Can you get Primark delivered?

As things stand, Primark don’t deliver or accept returns via post. You’ll need to go into store to pick up the item or return it.

Does Primark do click and collect?

Yes, there are a handful of stores that offer click and collect services. We have stated where you can find these regions above.

Why is Primark so cheap?
