The rise of the online shopping has been great for the most-part, saving us on time and effort we’d usually spend walking around the shops and making it doable in just a few clicks – but one thing that still bothers me to this day is having to spend money on postage.
Zara does offer free postage on orders over £50, but if you’re buying something small or mange to find an item they don’t have in-store online, paying extra can feel a bit of a waste of money.

Does Zara offer click and collect?
The good news is that you can order Zara items into store at no extra charge.
When you order an item (or two), you can select the option at checkout and choose a store you’d like your order to be delivered to. It usually arrives within two to three days and you just need the QR code that’s sent to your email to collect your order.
More recently when I’ve popped into Zara, I’ve noticed some stores have self-service machines from which you can pick up your orders, so if you’re feeling anti-social you don’t even need to speak to anyone. Easy!
What happens if you don’t pick up your Zara order?
If you order an item and never pick it up, it’s usually sent back and you’ll receive a refund.
The deadline for collection is usually sent in your order confirmation.

When can you get free delivery?
You can make the most of free delivery at Zara when you spend over £50.
This doesn’t apply to sale items, but click and collect is always free.
How long does it take to receive a Zara package?
Zara provides various delivery options based on your location. In the UK, there are four home delivery options available, along with drop-point delivery and in-store pickup.
For customers in London, there is the exclusive Precise Day option, allowing delivery on any chosen day and time.
If you prefer a quicker delivery, standard delivery ensures your items arrive within one or two days, depending on your location. Free shipping is offered for orders above £50.
