Trying to return your M&S order but struggling to understand the process? I’m here to help. Here, I’m sharing everything you need to know about Marks and Spencer‘s returns, so if you ever get stuck, you know where we are. These days, anything and everything can be bought online. From food to clothing, you don’t even need to leave your house to get anything your heart desires. While convenient, online shopping can be tricky at times – namely the return process.

Not only is it the time it takes to package up an order you don’t want and then deliver it to the Post Office or local store, but it’s the frustration when it goes wrong. Have you ever found yourself in a long queue at the Post Office and when you finally reach the front they tell you, ‘Sorry, we can’t accept it’? You’re not the only one. So after becoming an expert on M&S’ return process, I thought I’d share the wisdom so this never happens to you again.

How do I return goods to M&S bought online?

Thankfully M&S returns are as simple as ABC, plus they’re free! To return items bought online, visit ‘My Account’ on either the app or website. Click through to ‘Orders & Returns.’ The next step is to choose how you would like to return the items. Choose between in-store returns (dropping off the item to your local store), by post (either through Evri and Royal Mail), and collect from home (Evri will come and collect your order). After choosing, save your label or QR code. Return it to the destination, then sit back and wait for the refund.

If you don’t have an M&S account, you can create a return in the Guest Tracking and Returns Portal.
