Wondering how to send an item back to NA-KD? I’ve got you covered! With the surge of online shopping, order returns have grown astronomically but fortunately, NA-KD is pretty easy to return your orders to. While it would be great for every order we ever make to fit perfectly, sadly it’s not the case and many brands now operate exclusively online, like ASOS, Boohoo and – you guessed it – NA-KD. This can often put shoppers off buying from the brands as they don’t know how the sizing works, but once you work out your size, they’re usually pretty consistent.

What is the NA-KD fashion return policy?
Like most other fashion brands, you have 30 days to return your NA-KD order and it needs to be returned in the same condition in which it arrived. Cosmetics are only able to be returned in their sealed, unopened packaging, and hygiene products like swimwear and underwear should still have their hygiene stickers attached if they’re sent back.
Are NA-KD returns free?
It depends where you’re sending your order from. For those based in the UK, you’ll be charged £3.95 return fee that will be deducted from the amount refunded. If the returned goods have been used, damaged, washed, altered, or have missing tags, labels, NA-KD will also charge you a fee for it.
In case you accidentally forgot and returned the item after the allowed return window of 30 days, NA-KD has the right to reject returns outside the period stated in the return policy. The items will be shipped back to your indicated delivery address with the delivery fee at your expense. You can read more about NA-KD’s returns and refunds here.
How do I return items in NA-KD?
After checking the condition, seals, and tags, re-pack your items in the delivery bag and register your return at NA-KD’s return site. After completing the process, you will receive an email along with your return label and instructions within 1 to 2 business days (although usually it’s much quicker). Stick the return label on the parcel and arrange a pick-up with DHL. After your return has been processed, you will receive an email from NA-KD with notification regarding your returns.
