Zara is notorious for keeping quiet about its sales, but despite not being loud about it, the brand actually runs a number of sales – including one on Boxing Day.
After the brief but still very exciting Black Friday sale, I’m excited for the next discount event to stock up on pieces for my winter wardrobe.
If, like me, you have countless items on your wish list, you may want to hold off until Zara’s Boxing Day sale to buy them.
I’m here to make sure you don’t miss it. Here’s everything you need to know about the shopping event.

When is the Zara Boxing Day sale?
You’d be forgiven for expecting Zara to drop its Boxing Day sale on Boxing Day, but the Inditex brand actually kicks it off on Christmas Day.
It will first start today at 8pm on the Zara app, before moving online at 9pm.
Last year, Zara’s sale dropped at 10pm on 25th December online, while in-store sales started the following morning when the shops opened.
How much are the discounts during the Zara Boxing Day sale?
Zara is famous for being secretive with the details of its sales, from the date they’re planning to kick things off, to the discounts it’s set to offer, so we can’t really tell yet how much the discounts will be during the Boxing Day sale – but if its summer and Black Friday sales are anything to go by, it looks like we’ll be in for a treat.
The brand offered up to 40% off during its Black Friday sale, and we’re assuming it will more or less be the same for Boxing Day.
Zara offers its sales earlier on its app, so make sure you download it if you haven’t yet. It’s also a good idea to sign up to the Zara mailing list to ensure you’re the first to know when the sale starts.
Does Zara offer discount codes?
The brand doesn’t offer discount codes, though it’s rumoured that employees are given 25% off, applicable even to sale items.
If you don’t work for Zara however, you can still reap the benefits of its sale events.
While the sale is a little while away, there’s still time to curate your wish list.
Speaking of which, that’s perhaps one of the best ways you can prep for these sales. So if you haven’t made one yet, here’s your sign to get going. Check out some of my picks below to help you get started.
