Love the Bottega drop earrings but can’t quite justify the hefty price tag? I’ve found a selection of amazing dupes for the designer studs that will cost you as little as £7.99. I scoured the high street for cheaper alternatives and managed to find plenty from Etsy, Anthropologie, Missoma, Mejuri and more so you can get the look sported by Kendall Jenner, Hailey Bieber and Olivia Culpo on a budget.
I’ve been lusting over the viral Bottega drop earrings since I first set my eyes on them. They are quite literally everywhere right now; it’s hard not to scroll through Instagram or TikTok without seeing them on influencers and celebs alike.
The earrings, which have a signature tear drop style shape, come in both silver and gold-plated versions as well as a whole host of fun autumn colours including moody chocolate brown, blue and green hues. The earrings are the perfect way to elevate just about any outfit, with celebs such as Dua Lipa and Kendall Jenner showing us exactly how to wear them while showcasing the ‘quiet luxury’ look of the moment.
The real deal will set you back over £500 for the medium size and upwards of £810 for the larger metal version. It gets even more expensive if you want the embellished shell styles, as these come in at an eye-watering £1,380. It’s safe to say that with the hefty price tag and the current cost of living crisis these earrings are well and truly out of my price range. I will however be purchasing a lookalike version that will look the same and cost you a fraction of the price and boy, have I found some gems.
Anthropologie, Missoma and COS all have some great options at very affordable prices. The best bit? They start from just £7.99 which is quite the saving in comparison to the real deal.
