If you’re looking to cancel your order but don’t know how, don’t fret. Follow these simple steps to put the brakes on your order before it’s too late.
How to cancel your ASOS order
1. Log into My Account and view your recent orders.
2. Click on the Cancel/View button next to your order.
How long do I have to cancel my order?
When you can cancel depends on what delivery option you have chosen.
- Next-Day Delivery, Evening-Next Day Delivery and ASOS Instant – 15 minutes after completing your order.
- Nominated Day Delivery – up to 2 days before your chosen delivery date.
- Standard Delivery – 60 minutes after completing your order.
According to the above, opting for Nominated Day Delivery seems to be the best option for those who want to cancel while Next Day delivery leaves you a mere 15 minutes to cancel.

What if I miss the cut-off time?
If you’re not able to cancel your order, then don’t panic. You can still get a refund so long as you’re within 14 days of making the initial order – it just takes a few more steps.
If you’re within that window you can expect a full refund as well as standard shipping cost if you’ve opted for that delivery method.
If you’ve paid for faster delivery, this will not be covered. For example, if you have paid £5 for delivery, but standard delivery is £3 then under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 then you’ll only get back £3 as the remaining £2 is not covered under this legislation.
Make sure that should you want to return an item that has the original tags on them. However, it does not need to be in the original packaging.
Finally, ASOS want written confirmation of your decision to cancel the order if you’ve missed the chance of cancelling via the website. Simply contact them (in writing) saying you want to cancel / get a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To cancel your order, you’ll need to do it within 14 days of ordering your products. If you do this, you’ll then be issued a full refund for the cost of the items ordered and the cost of standard delivery if you have paid for shipping.

Can I cancel one item from my ASOS order?

Is ASOS refund free?

You’ll receive your refund within 14 days.
