A Mango gift card allows you to treat yourself by purchasing your favourite garments and accessories at one of their stores.
Buying one for a friend or loved one isn’t complicated, but redeeming it can be a little tricky if you don’t know how.
Can you use it online, and when does it expire? Here’s everything you need to know.

How to redeem a Mango gift card
You can purchase a gift card in-store and choose a specific amount you want to give.
The person you’re giving it to will need to take good care of it because if there is any sort of damage, Mango employees have the right to refuse the card.
You also can’t get a refund or exchange it if – God forbid – you lose it.
Can I use a Mango Gift Card online?
Unfortunately you can’t use the gift card at the online store Mango.com. You can only use redeem a Mango gift card at one of their stores.
They’re also not valid at Mango stores located in department stores or airports.

It helps to do a little research too. You can find the nearest Mango Store in your area through their store locator on their website.
One thing to note is that gift cards are only valid in the region where they were purchased, so it’s best to use your gift card before a holiday – not during.
Does a Mango Gift Card expire?
Yes. Every gift card has an expiry date.
The value of your gift card is valid from the moment it is activated in-store. You can find the expiry written on the card.

If there’s a chance that you still have an existing balance close to your expiry period, you need to spend it as soon as possible.
Balances cannot be recharged or exchanged. Once your card expires, it can’t be used at any Mango store.
How do I check the balance of my gift card?
Unlike an online gift voucher, you need to go in-store to check the balance of your Mango card.
The current gift card balance will appear on the purchase receipt in all cases and you can find out how much you have left at any Mango store.
