How to return Zara gifts

There’s a big chance that a gift receipt came with the Zara gift you received.

Gift receipts don’t contain the prices of the products, but they’re disclosed upon returning the items.

In the UK, you can do so through a drop-off return.

On the gift receipt, mark the item you wish to return. Then, request for the product to be returned by filling out a ticket on Zara’s website

Once you get a confirmation, pack the item neatly and securely in its original packaging or something similar. And then drop the package off at a courier’s location.

Wait a couple of days and you’ll receive a gift card via email with the amount of the returned item.

Do note that the process may be different in other countries, so it’s best to check with your local Zara store or the brand’s website in your country.
