They take pride in getting new designs in their stores within two weeks and while this throws up questions about Zara’s ethics and sustainability, there’s no denying that they keep it fresh and current. Does Zara do discount codes?

Unfortunately Zara doesn’t offer discount codes. Zara offers seasonal sales around summer, Black Friday and Christmas instead. You can however get gift cards for the brand, whether for yourself or friends and family, and we explain how to redeem a Zara gift card here.

Can you apply Zara discount codes online?

Zara is one of very few brands that doesn’t offer discount codes at all. Unless you’re shopping during the sale, there isn’t an option to apply a discount code to your order. You can, however, apply discounts via gift cards.

If you see a Zara discount code seemingly offered online, usually it will be a discount that is applied automatically at the checkout rather than a coupon code you need to enter yourself. For example, Zara offers free shipping on orders over £50 and this will automatically appear at the checkout; you don’t need to enter a specific code.

Zara doesn’t offer discount to students, NHS workers, blue light card holders or first time shoppers. Yes, really.

How to use a Zara gift card online

To spend a Zara gift card, add the item you want to buy to your basket. Enter your choices for delivery, and click continue. You’ll then get to the payment method. Click the gift card option.

You’ll then be asked to enter the card details – card number and CVV2 – and accept the terms and conditions. The gift card amount should then be applied to your order.

Where can I find discount codes?

As mentioned, I’ve never seen a Zara discount code before so I’m inclined to believe Zara simply doesn’t offer them. For other brands that do offer discounts, there’s a really useful tool that searches through all the discount codes available to get you the best offer.

You can install Honey on your browser, showing you all the available promos and discounts from your favourite stores. Over the years, this has personally saved me hundreds. You can use it to get cashback too with Honey Gold.

Online publications also offer promo and discount codes on their pages. The Daily Mail and Marie Claire offer coupon codes for different brands, and you can also check out voucher sites like Discount Code Express and Voucher Codes UK.

Does Zara have sales?

Yes, Zara participates in big sale events like Black Friday both in Zara stores and online, as well as their well-known Boxing Day and summer sales. You have a little while to wait, but if you’re after a bargain right now, you can check out their Special Prices section. You can get some of their best pieces for up to 40% off including jackets, accessories, jumpsuits, skirts, jeans, heels, t-shirts and more.

Unlike most big brands, you won’t be emailed any discount codes or promotion offers from Zara. Zara is one of the few brands that doesn’t offer discounts to students at the time of writing.

Does Zara offer NHS discount?

Sadly Zara doesn’t offer a discount for NHS workers at the time of writing. If you want to buy something from Zara but are looking for a cheaper price, you’ll have to wait until the next Zara sale (if it hasn’t sold out by then).

Does Zara take blue light card?

Blue light card holders are entitled to discounts at stores like Apple, Boohoo, JD Sports and New Look but sadly Zara doesn’t offer a discount to blue light card holders.

How to find discount codes

We know that Zara doesn’t do discount codes, but if you’re looking for discount codes for other websites, there’s a handy tool you should download. I religiously use the Honey Chrome extension, which searches low and high for all the best discount codes and then automatically offers to apply them when you’re shopping online and reach the checkout pages. This is my secret weapon when shopping online and is why I definitely prefer doing so than shopping in physical stores. Over the years, I’ve saved money on ASOS, H&M, COS, & Other Stories and many more brands thanks to Honey.

Even if you don’t save any money, you can use it to collect ‘Honey Gold’ which adds up when you regularly shop online. I’ve received around £50 in H&M vouchers just by collecting Honey Gold when I’m shopping.

Does Zara accept Klarna?

UK shoppers don’t have the option of paying with Klarna, but the option is available if you’re shopping from many European countries.
