Can you return Zara items without a tag?

You first need to decide how you’d like to return the item; this will be based on how you got it. There are different options and policies for online and in-store returns.

If you’re sending back something as an online return, you need to do it with the package ‘properly sealed’.

For in-store returns, the packaging can be open.

In both instances, yes, you can return the Zara item without a tag. But make sure that the item is in pristine condition — no nicks, tears, wrinkles, or stretching.

Make sure you also have your receipt on file in case they need it for verification.

What is the return policy for Zara?

You can return items to Zara up to 30 days from their shipping date if you bought them online, or on the sale date if you got it in-store.

Make sure you don’t go beyond the 30 days because your return item will disappear from the Zara website then.

Is Zara strict with returns?

It’s safe to say that the brand is strict with returns if you don’t have a receipt.

Often a brand will offer a refund or a gift card for the piece you returned but your receipt is important for this.
