It’s always stylish, affordable and easy to shop. Whenever I pop in, I find something I love.

And shopping with them is now even easier as they have a click and collect delivery option available.
The service means that you can order items online and have them sent to any store in the United Kingdom, where you can then pick up from at your convenience.
Now that we’re all back in the office and not home 24/7 to receive our packages, the H&M’s click and collect may just be a life saver.
Wear Next may receive a small commission if you click a link from one of our articles onto a retail website and make a purchase.
Does H&M do click and collect?
If you work near an H&M store and it’d be easier to collect an order from there rather than have it delivered, you’re in luck.
H&M offer click and collect, so you can pick up orders from any store of your choice.
How to use click and collect at H&M
You simply place your order as normal, select ‘pick-up in store’ as your delivery method at the checkout and then you can select the store most convenient for you.
You’ll then receive confirmation of your order details by text and email and your parcel will arrive to your selected H&M store within 2-4 days.
Once it arrives in store you’ll be alerted via text or email and you’ll have 7 days to collect your parcel. Just remember to bring your ID and your pick-up code as they won’t hand over your parcel without it.
Can someone else pick up your order for you?
You can also have someone else pick it up for you. They need to bring your ID and the pick-up code as well as their own ID. How handy.

How much does click and collect cost?
Click and collect is free for all plus members and free for all members spending £20 or more.
Otherwise, it’s £3.99 per delivery – yet another reason to sign up for the H&M membership.
