What is the return policy for Primark?
Primark’s return policy allows you 28 days to return an item to receive a full refund or exchange. It will need to be in saleable condition and the original receipt will need to be provided in order to get the refund. You’re able to make a return if you change your mind and the item is faulty. In the case of you changing your mind, there are some items that can’t be returned. These are briefs or boxers (including sets), piercing jewelry, opened or unsealed health and beauty products, gift cards (including digital and third party gift cards), face masks or swimwear where the hygiene seal is not intact. Sadly you can’t post an item back to Primark if you bought it in-store.
Can I return clothes to Primark without a receipt?
A receipt is needed to get a refund or an item exchange. As well as the receipt, you must present your item in a saleable condition item with all tags attached to it. Your receipt indicates the latest date you can return an item. However, in the case of a defective or broken item, once it’s found to have a manufacturing fault, you no longer need to present a receipt and could get either a full refund or an exchange in-store.
Can I return an item to any Primark store?
Yes, you can return an item to any Primark store. If orders were made through Primark’s Click and Collect feature, you can return the items at any Click and Collect store too, which you can find here. As for defective or faulty items, customers could also have them exchanged in any Primark store.
How many days does a Primark refund take?
If you are wondering about Primark’s refund policy, funds should appear on the customer’s bank account within 5 to 10 working days. Primark also advises buyers that refund periods are dictated by the card issuers and are outside the company’s control.
