Real talk: finding the perfect bikini is always a challenge – especially if you have big boobs.
With so many unsupportive styles trending, like upside-down bikinis championed by the Kardashians, swimwear isn’t always catered to big busts.

While you want to feel and look good on the beach, your swimwear also needs to be practical and make you feel comfortable enough to go swimming or take a walk without fear of a wardrobe malfunction.
Needless to say, shopping for swimwear can be quite stressful. So I totally understand if you want to just pick the first thing you see and just hope for the best – but there are some vital things to look for in your hunt for the perfect bikini.
What to look for when shopping for bikinis
There are a few things that can help you narrow down your search.
Underwire bikini tops offer support and lift the chest, while you can also look for those with adjustable straps for the right fit and of course, maximum comfort. Finding the correct cup size is also vital if you want to avoid boob spillage, so consider getting your bra size measured or doing it at home.
The style and cut of your bikini are something to watch out for too.
You can opt for a plunging neckline with an underwire for lift or a halterneck for a bit of extra support. There are also crop top-style bikini tops that offer a more casual look and can be worn beyond the beach.

I’m a big fan of the wrap bandeau, which is just as cute as the classic bandeau but gives added protection and support with the help of fabric you can wrap around your body in different ways. We’re talking halter, one shoulder, and many more ways to wear it.
The fabric is important too! Make sure you look for something that is lined so you feel at ease at all times.
