For me, it’s all about colour – which is lucky, as dopamine dressing is one of this season’s biggest trends.

If you’re not ready to step out in head-to-toe orange, green or pink, perhaps adding a pair of coloured jeans will feel less risky and help you to fully commit.

While colourful denim is a statement, it’s super easy to wear. Combine with a simple black or white sweater, or add another block colour in a contrasting colour.

If, like me, you’re comfortable rocking colour, go for a tonal look by matching your jeans with a top, sweater or jacket in a similar shade.
