If you’re like me and love classics, you’ll love croc boots – not just for this year’s autumn winter, but for years to come.
When it comes to winter fashion, it often feels like a weigh up between practicality and style. Should you wear that mini dress, despite the freezing cold temperatures? Will I slip over in those high heeled boots?
While perhaps dressing up for the Christmas party might lead you to having to make such tricky decisions, your day-to-day wear doesn’t require such a challenge. You can look and feel good too!

This year, croc boots are high up on my wish list. My obsession started when I spotted sustainable footwear brand Alohas’ knee-high deep brown croc boots last year (which are still available now!), and now I’m hooked.
These boots never go out of style and they just make any outfit look so much more chic – and, well, expensive. Even the mock croc ones, which are actually what I’m eyeing.
These faux crocodile leather boots are just as elegant and timeless, but without the eye-watering price tag.
Of course, if you want to splurge, you can get pairs from Aquazzura, Christian Louboutin and countless more designer labels, but I’d be too nervous to wear them out of the house! If you want more practical options like I do, there’s so many available this season.
In the past few years, brands from the high street have truly levelled it up in terms of quality and design. With proper care, so many pieces from these brands can last so long.
