Zara swimwear is here, confirming what I’ve thought of the brand for quite some time now — it can do no wrong.
It’s one of the most popular clothing stores not just in the UK – it’s hard to walk down the street in a Zara piece without walking past someone else wearing the same thing in London – but pretty much everywhere in the world, so the brand’s foray into swimwear is more than welcome.
The new releases have come at the perfect time. The swimwear offers plenty of colour and exaggerated shapes, which is fitting for the maximalism trend that’s on the rise.

Of course, it’s Freedom Day in the UK, bringing COVID-19 restrictions to an end. People have started planning holidays abroad, and the sun has finally started shining here.
If you’ve booked a holiday or are simply enjoying sunbathing in the garden, you’re gonna need swimwear – and Zara’s is up there. There’s a one-piece with a maxi ruffle that also works as a bodysuit, but if you’re more of a prints fan, there’s an adorable bikini top complete with 70s florals. There are also plenty of options for those who like more of a modern cut.
I had a look through the label’s swimwear collection and found a selection of the best so you don’t have to.
