Every season, there’s one designer item that you start seeing everywhere. Celebrities love it, every Fashion Week attendee will be wearing it, and soon enough the high street will recreate it. The item in question this season? Prada’s brushed leather slingback pumps. Complete with the triangle Prada logo, pointed shape and a comma heel, the design is an updated version of the designer’s 90s shoe, brought into the noughties with a rubber shell sole and tread.

Prada’s kitten heels come in at £890, with colour options including silver, white, pastel pink, green and blue, as well as black. The designer is offering a huge variety of style options though, with wedge heels and tongue-shaped uppers. As time has gone on, more and more high street brands have started dropping heels that look identical to the Prada pair. Zara, Stradivarius and M&S have all dropped their own iterations of the iconic designer kitten heel so I’m sharing my favourite with you, right here.
