How often do you get the Sephora Beauty Box?
You will receive the beauty box every month, exactly 30 days from the day you bought your first subscription box. Sephora will remind you to edit your products for month via email 7-days before you will receive the next box.
If you don’t log into your account and pick your samples within the 7-day timeframe, you will receive a box via autoselection. Don’t worry, you won’t receive an item you picked out last month.

What if the item you want is out of stock?
Sephora will send an email informing you about it and you can choose a new product to replace it.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription any time, all you need to do is contact their Customer Care Team.
Sephora will also give you a 14-day cooling period from your first purchase where you can cancel your subscription before you receive the next box.
