Can I pay Zara with Klarna?
There’s good news and bad news.
Depending on where you are in the world, Zara does accept Klarna.
You can use it to pay for items ahead of payday if you live in the Netherlands, for example. However while most brands offer an option to pay in 30 days, Zara offers a shorter window of 14 days.

Does Klarna offer flexible payment options?
Depending on your budget, Klarna offers four different payment methods—Pay in 4, Pay Now, Pay in 30 days, and Pay over time. So, you can choose exactly how much you want to spend and when you can pay.
The Pay in 4 option splits your purchase into four interest-free payments, while Pay is for much larger purchases over time.
Klarna’s flexible payment options are a penny-saver. So, getting an account is definitely worth it if you’re an avid shopper.

Can I get a refund for online orders?
You can receive a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided that the item is in perfect condition and has all tags attached.
How long does a refund take?
Their refund process typically takes up to 2 weeks. In the rare event that you don’t receive your refund in 14 days, you may contact either the company or your bank to expedite the process.
When contacting your bank, ensure that you provide them with the refund confirmation email from the brand.
Does Zara charge for online exchange?
At Zara, customers are provided with the option of freely exchanging items from their purchase.
It is important to note that the exchange must be initiated within a specified time frame. For online purchases, customers have a generous window of 30 days from the shipment date of their order to initiate the exchange process.
Similarly, for purchases made at a physical Zara store, customers have 30 days from the original purchase date to request an exchange.
