Mango has brought back the shearling duffel coat that went viral last year, so if you missed out the first time around, you’re in luck. The cream coat sold out multiple times in 2022 and proved so popular that the Spanish brand decided to bring it back this year too.
While the summer still feels like it’s lurking, it won’t be sunny for long. The temperatures are set to drop very soon and while I don’t want to encourage the end of summer, I’m super excited for coat season. We’ve shared an edit of the best coats for the new season and number one on my personal list is this comfy coat from Mango, especially during this transitional period.
The faux fur jacket has a vegan leather lining and a toggle fastening, a detail we’re seeing a lot more of this year. It offers an oversized fit and round neckline, and best of all: it has pockets!
If you do want to invest, I recommend moving fast. After selling out last year, the coat was released just last month and flew off the shelves. Right now, it’s sold out in sizes S and XXL but the other sizes are fair game.
Wondering how to wear it? I’m obsessed with Franki Dammone’s style, and she wore hers with a pleated mini skirt, jumper and chunky black boots. The look would work really well with jeans too or tailored trousers if you’re dressing up.
