What is SHEIN’s return policy UK?
The process is super easy. You have 45 days to make a return from the date of purchase, and in order to do so, you must send back and upload the return tracking number. Returns are free, and you can download a label from either EVRI, 24/7 InPost lockers or Royal Mail. If you later decide to make a second return from items within the order, you’ll be charged a £2.50 fee.
How do I return items back to SHEIN?
In case you are not 100% satisfied with the item and want to return your SHEIN purchase, the first thing you need to do is sign in to your online account. Select ‘Start Returns,’ select the item or items you want to return, indicate the reason, and click submit. Do I need the original packaging to return to SHEIN?
You should return your order in the original packaging for items like shoes, bags and luggage, and any hygiene stickers must still be in tact. However your order doesn’t need to be returned in the specific SHEIN package – you can use your own parcel to return it if needed.
