The Zara sale is always good, but out of every sale that the Inditex-owned offers, which is the best? As a seasoned Zara shopper who knows pretty much everything there is to know about the brand, I’m sharing everything I’ve learnt after years of writing about it.
Zara offers a few sales throughout the year including those in June and December, as well as a brief discount event during Black Friday. These tend to be hugely popular as unlike many other brands like H&M, ASOS and & Other Stories, Zara never offers discount codes.
That said, you can often find some really great pieces in the Special Prices section if you know where to look, but often this won’t be the most popular pieces that the brand stocks.

Which is Zara’s biggest sale?
Zara’s biggest sales of the year are during December and June, when they discount absolutely everything apart from their newest lines. Both the sales last a few weeks each and see discounts of up to 60% off.
The winter sale usually kicks off around Christmas Eve and lasts well into January or until stocks last. It’s a similar story for Zara’s summer sale, which starts in June and continues for a few weeks. Both sales usually start with discounts of up to 50% off, which rises as the sale continues.
What days does Zara restock?
Zara employees have spoken, telling Marie Claire that new stock arrives on Mondays and Thursdays into stores. It usually gets unpacked in the morning, so heading to the shops in the late morning is your best bet to get the newest piecs.
It’s a different story online, as the brand restocks continuously. You can set up alerts to be contacted when a specific item comes into stock in your size too.
Which is the biggest Zara in the world?
In November 2023, Zara opened its biggest store in the world in Rotterdam. The huge store, which spans 9000sq m, includes a Zara Home and Beauty section, as well as womenswear, menswear and kids clothing.
