Black Friday is here and Cyber Monday is just around the corner, so what can you expect from COS this year?
The Scandi brand last year took part in both shopping events, offering more accessible prices to its many fans.

When is Black Friday?
Black Friday happens on the last Friday of November, which is November 25th in 2022. Cyber Monday then happens the following Monday, which is November 28th this year.
Is COS taking part in Black Friday?
Yep, COS will be joining in with a sale for 2022.
Last year, COS kicked off its Black Weekend sale with 25% off knitwear, then the selection increased over the weekend to include dresses, outerwear, tops, shirts and trousers.
What Black Friday 2022 discounts are being offered?
The COS Black Friday weekend began today, on Friday 25th November. It goes until Monday 27th November.
During this time COS are offering 20% off select pieces. The discount is added at the checkout.

Will it take part in Cyber Monday too?
As Black Friday grows in popularity, the sales last for longer every year. COS tends to combine both Black Friday and Cyber Monday, meaning that you can make the most of the sale throughout the weekend.
Sometimes Black Friday offers a taster of bigger discounts yet to come, so it’s worth keeping your eyes peeled on the COS website. But in short, yes – we’re expecting them to take part in Cyber Monday too.

When will the sale end?
Like many brands, the fun stops at 23.59 on Monday. This is when many of the Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales finish.
Can I return sale items?
You have 28 days to return items bought in the sale to COS and their returns are free.
During the Christmas period, the brand is offering extended returns for all online purchases made between 01/11/22 and 14/12/2022.
All items purchased before 14/12/22 can be returned up until and including 31/01/23.
Our top tips for shopping at Cos this Black Friday
If you want to make the most of the sale, I recommend making a wish list ahead of time so you’re less tempted to overspend during Black Friday.
This will help you narrow down the pieces that you really want, need or are planning to buy your loved ones for Christmas.
If you want to make sure you know exactly when and where the sale is happening, sign up to the Cos newsletter (as well as ours, in which we’ll be sharing Black Friday deals throughout the weekend).

Wear Next opinion
As consumers are becoming savvier to the impact of overconsumption on our environment and the individuals working to produce garments, many brands have decided to boycott Black Friday this year.
We’re expecting this to include brands Monki, Next and Arket, all of which opted out of Black Friday in 2020.
While we don’t condone overspending, we do want fashion to be accessible to those on a low budget, as well as those who struggle to shop sustainably due to size constraints.
We love fashion and the freedom of self-expression it brings and understand you’re going to want to shop the sales. We encourage you to be mindful of your spending and avoid buying items you’re probably going to discard of in a year’s time.
Shop smarter, not harder this Black Friday. Ensure you’re not overspending by setting yourself a budget beforehand and creating a wish list of items you actually need rather than want – including Christmas gifts for others – if you are going to spend.
