Last Updated on November 29, 2022

Black Friday has landed, and while Ganni hasn’t labelled their sale as a Black Friday sale, they are holding one.

Ganni has historically chosen to opt out of the shopping holiday, but this year they’re holding a ‘weekend sale,’ with over 300 items included.

When is Black Friday and Cyber Monday?

Black Friday takes place on the last Friday in November, which is 25th this year. Cyber Monday then happens the following week, which is November 28th in 2022.

Will Ganni hold a Black Friday sale?

While Ganni hasn’t called it a Black Friday sale, they’re holding a ‘weekend sale’.

More than 300 incredible pieces from the Scandi designer are included in the sale.

Where to shop Ganni this Black Friday

As well as the sale on Ganni’s website, many retailers that stock Ganni, including Net-a-Porter, Selfridges, Coggles and Farfetch, are also holding big sales for Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

These retailers all stock a selection of designer labels, so if you’re also planning to buy another luxury piece, it’s worth checking them out.

Coggles is offering 30% off. They stock Ganni’s Chelsea boots, tees, hats and more.

Farfetch is also offering huge discounts of up to 70%.

Top tips for shopping Ganni’s Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale

The best way to make the most of any of the Black Friday sales is to shop smarter, not harder.

By that I mean compiling a wish list of things that make up the missing pieces of your wardrobe and items that you need. Ensure what you’re buying is wearable with at least 5 pieces in your wardrobe and won’t be out of date in 12 months.

I also recommend setting a budget, so you don’t overspend in all the excitement. We’ve all been there.

Wear Next opinion

As consumers are becoming savvier to the impact of overconsumption on our environment and the individuals working to produce garments, many brands have decided to boycott Black Friday this year.

We’re expecting this to include brands MonkiNext and Arket, all of which opted out of Black Friday in 2020.

While we don’t condone overspending, we do want fashion to be accessible to those on a low budget, as well as those who struggle to shop sustainably due to size constraints.

We love fashion and the freedom of self-expression it brings and understand you’re going to want to shop the sales. We encourage you to be mindful of your spending and avoid buying items you’re probably going to discard of in a year’s time.

Shop smarter, not harder this Black Friday. Ensure you’re not overspending by setting yourself a budget beforehand and creating a wish list of items you actually need rather than want – including Christmas gifts for others – if you are going to spend.
