We all love a good pair of blue jeans, but there’s something so stylish about off-white jeans.
While winter is characterised by rich colours, thick textures and cosy layers, summer is all about easy, breezy and lightweight pieces. I’ve never owned a pair of off-white jeans before, but this summer I find myself thinking about them more and more.
Perhaps I’ve been missing a trick, as stars have been wearing them for years. Alexa Chung, Kendall Jenner, Victoria Beckham and countless more stars have been pictured wearing beige jeans, and looking uber stylish too.
As they’re neutral, they work so well with just about anything. Plus, they come in so many silhouettes much like their blue counterpart, so you won’t have a hard time finding the perfect pair.
Pair your loose, relaxed ecru trousers with a neutral light jumper or button-down for a chic monochromatic look, a la Kendall Jenner. If you want to venture into coloured territory, you can never go wrong with an oversized light blue shirt, a look favoured by influencers.
The best part is that there is an abundance of them in the high street, so you and I can definitely sport the look (and keep it for seasons to come) without having to shell out much.
