Never underestimate the power of a good coat. I’ve got more than I care to mention, but my coat selection has never let me down.

I like to have a variety to suit my outfit and mood. In my collection, I’ve got a bomber jacket to wear with jeans, a pastel blue wool coat with faux fur trims and even a couple of floral tapestry coats to wear with vintage dresses.

One of my favourite (but seriously underrated) places to look for outerwear is Monki.

The Scandi-cool fashion brand has a great collection of outerwear, ranging from classic black to colourful prints and bold colours for a really reasonable price – particularly as some pieces are still on sale.

I picked up an incredible baby blue puffer last year for £30, and it’s one of my most-worn coats now for walking the dog in style. Why not?
