What is Copenhagen Fashion Week known for?

It is highly regarded as “the fifth global fashion week,” Copenhagen Fashion Week is known to highlight the sustainability and functionality of Nordic style, which means it is more than just wide-leg trousers, oversized blazers, and mismatched prints.

How to attend Copenhagen Fashion Week?

Pretty much all of the shows are invitation-only, meaning you either get invited directly or you have to apply for accreditation and request invites from specific designers. Usually only fashion editors, stylists, buyers, fashion influencers, and other industry key players are invited to the shows but there are plenty of other ways to get involved if you don’t work in the industry.

CPHFW is livestreamed through copenhagenfashionweek.com where you can check out the whole runway presentation right from the comfort of your own home. There are many free events happening throughout the city too, like street parties, exhibitions and evening events, many of which you can find on the official schedule.
