Often cancelling an order can be difficult. You should check the store’s cancellation policies before browsing through their items, although it’s easy to say that. Most of us don’t! Some stories don’t allow it, or there are a lot of hurdles you need to jump through just to cancel an order.

How to cancel a Zara order

You can cancel a Zara order by logging into your account and heading to the Purchases section. Locate the order you want to cancel and if you still have time to cancel, the option will be there. If the order has shipped, you won’t be able to cancel and the option won’t be visible.

Once cancelled, you should receive an email confirming the cancellation and the order will be listed as cancelled under your Purchases. A refund should come shortly afterwards, but this will depend on your bank.

If you made the purchase as a guest, you can cancel the order from the order confirmation email you received when completing the purchase.

How long do Zara online refunds take?

Zara gives a rough time frame of around 14 days in which you’ll receive your refund to the same payment method you used to purchase the order. However when I’ve cancelled my Zara orders, I’ve received the refund in the same day.

If you use a debit card, the money will be returned to your bank; if you use a credit card, the amount owed will be deducted.

If you haven’t received it after 14 days, you should contact Zara to speed up the process.

What if I can’t cancel your Zara order?

Once the status of your order is handed over to courier, you won’t be able to cancel your Zara order. You’ll need to return it once it arrives and wait for a refund.

Which is Zara’s fastest delivery option?

If you live in London, the fastest delivery option is next day. Orders need to be placed before 2 pm on a Monday-Friday or Saturday and this will cost you £4.95.

Can I edit my order Zara?

Unfortunately, you cannot directly edit your Zara order to change items after you’ve completed the purchase. But you can always cancel your order if it’s still early, return unwanted items for a refund and repurchase, or contact Zara customer service.

Can you track your Zara order?

Zara sends you periodic e-mail updates about your orders. You can also log on to your account online, where you can check on ‘Order Status’ to see when your package is coming.

How do I contact Zara?

Zara’s cancellation and refund process are usually okay, rarely do you encounter many problems. When you do, though, it’s best to contact their support team.

There are a few ways to get in touch with them. Zara has a Chat feature on their website, or you can call 0800 030 4238 to speak with their customer service team directly.

In the UK, their lines are open Monday to Friday from 8.30 am until 7.30 pm. On Saturdays, they’re available from 10 am to 4 pm and the lines are closed on Sundays.

Zara is also quite active on social media, so you can DM your concerns to their Facebook page or give them a mention on Twitter.
