How to cancel a Zara order
You need to place a cancel order request to cancel a Zara order. You can do this over the phone or via email.
If you call their customer service department, you will need to provide your order and payment information so that a representative can locate and cancel your order.
It’s often a good idea to include this information in your email so that they can cancel it immediately.
You will receive a confirmation email after you have contacted them, and they will confirm your cancellation.
If the order has progressed to an advanced preparation status, you won’t be able to cancel it.
Will I get a refund for my cancelled Zara order?
Once you submit the cancellation request, the Zara team will start your refund process as soon as possible.
How long do Zara online refunds take?
In usual circumstances, it takes around 14 days to receive your refund.
Zara will refund the amount you paid using the same payment method you used to purchase.

If you use a debit card, the money will be returned to your bank; if you use a credit card, the amount owed will be deducted.
If you haven’t received it after 14 days, you should contact Zara to speed up the process.
What if I can’t cancel your Zara order?
Once the status of your order is ‘handed over to courier’, you won’t be able to cancel your Zara order.

Can I return an item?
Yes, you can return an item if it’s too late to cancel or you forgot to put in a request.
Zara will give you 30 days from the shipping date of your order to return the item. There are two ways to do this: via drop-off point or at the nearest Zara store.
Which is Zara’s fastest delivery option?
If you live in London, the fastest delivery option is next day. Orders need to be placed before 2 pm on a Monday-Friday or Saturday and this will cost you £4.95.
Can you track your Zara order?
Zara sends you periodic e-mail updates about your orders. You can also log on to your account online, where you can check on ‘Order Status’ to see when your package is coming.
How do I contact Zara?
Zara’s cancellation and refund process are usually okay, rarely do you encounter many problems. When you do, though, it’s best to contact their support team.
There are a few ways to get in touch with them. Zara has a Chat feature on their website, or you can call 0800 030 4238 to speak with their customer service team directly.
In the UK, their lines are open Monday to Friday from 8.30 am until 7.30 pm. On Saturdays, they’re available from 10 am to 4 pm and the lines are closed on Sundays.
