Luckily Zara accepts returns up to 30 days after purchase, but what about sale items?
Can you return Zara sale items?
Yes, you can return Zara sale items up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
This goes for items bought in stores and online, but if you’re buying in-store I definitely recommend trying the items on first while you’re there to avoid needing to go back.
Can I return to Zara after 30 days?
If you miss the window for returns, you can still return your items to a Zara store. However instead of receiving your money back, you’ll receive store credit.
After 30 days, there isn’t an option to return items on the Zara website.

Does Zara refund shipping costs?
If you choose to return your items, like most retailers Zara won’t reimburse you for the postage.

Does Zara charge a return fee?
Every return would cost £1.95. This means that if you paid for postage, a wasted order will cost you £5.90 in total.
The £1.95 will be deducted from your refund when it is issued. If you want a return free of charge, we recommend returning your items in-store.
What is the exchange policy for Zara?
The brand has a 30-day exchange policy and the items must be in perfect condition, meaning they still have all their labels. You can exchange them online or at any of their stores.
If you’re doing an in-store exchange, make sure the location carries the same department of the item you purchased and bring your receipt.
Items from Zara Home are not eligible for exchange.

If you encounter any problems with your returns or there’s an issue with your orders, you should contact the brand’s customer service.

Just take note that the UK lines are only open from Monday to Friday from 8.30am until 7.30pm. On Saturdays, they’re available from 10am to 4pm and the lines are closed during Sundays.

The next Zara sale for 2023 is their summer sale which typically begins during the third week of June.
