Can I change my order on SHEIN? 

You can change your SHEIN order if it hasn’t yet been shipped, but obviously if it has you cannot cancel your order. You can change your shipping address in My Orders. If you want to change the size and you haven’t yet paid, you’ll need to cancel your order in My Orders.

If you’ve paid but it hasn’t yet shipped, you’ll need to contact SHEIN’s customer service team. You’ll need all the necessary information, like the order number, the size you want, and the product link.

As for shipped orders, the size and item cannot be modified, but you can apply for a return after receiving the parcel. SHEIN can accept returns within 15 days of receipt for most items, but they must be in new condition.

Can you cancel orders on SHEIN? 

In most cases, SHEIN orders can be cancelled if they are unshipped or unpaid. Go to My Orders to cancel. Again, after SHEIN has processed your order, you won’t be able to cancel your SHEIN orders.

Can I add stuff to my order on SHEIN?

It’s not possible to add items to an order that’s already been placed. You’ll need to place a new order and pay the shipping costs for the new purchase. Alternatively, you could cancel your purchase and create a new order so it all comes in one package.

Can I edit a Shein order after paying?

Unfortunately, no. Once your payment is processed, you can’t directly edit your order details like size, color, or quantity. However, there are still options depending on how far along your order is:

Do I get a refund if I cancel a Shein order?

How do I exchange an item for a different size on Shein?

Since direct size changes aren’t possible, return the unwanted item following Shein’s return policy within 15 days of receiving it. Make sure it meets return criteria and initiate the return process through “My Orders.” Once complete, place a new order for the desired size and take advantage of sales or coupons to offset additional costs.

Can I delete my SheIn order?

Unfortunately, deleting an entire SheIn order isn’t possible. However, you have options! For unshipped orders, you can cancel through “My Orders” and receive a full refund. If yours has shipped, you can still return most items within 15 days for a refund or store credit.
