Can I change my order on SHEIN?
You can change your SHEIN order if it hasn’t yet been shipped, but obviously if it has you cannot cancel your order. You can change your shipping address in My Orders. If you want to change the size and you haven’t yet paid, you’ll need to cancel your order in My Orders. If you’ve paid but it hasn’t yet shipped, you’ll need to contact SHEIN’s customer service team. You’ll need all the necessary information, like the order number, the size you want, and the product link.
As for shipped orders, the size and item cannot be modified, but you can apply for a return after receiving the parcel. SHEIN can accept returns within 15 days of receipt for most items, but they must be in new condition.
Can you cancel orders on SHEIN?
In most cases, SHEIN orders can be cancelled if they are unshipped or unpaid. Go to My Orders to cancel. Again, after SHEIN has processed your order, you won’t be able to cancel your SHEIN orders.
Can I add stuff to my order on SHEIN?
It’s not possible to add items to an order that’s already been placed. You’ll need to place a new order and pay the shipping costs for the new purchase. Alternatively, you could cancel your purchase and create a new order so it all comes in one package.
