Which is the fastest delivery H&M offers?
H&M’s fastest delivery option is their next-day delivery service. You can avail of this option if you place your order before 7 PM, and your package will be delivered the next day by 8 PM.
This option costs £5.99. If you make it past their cut-off time, your items will be delivered within two days. But if the next day is a Bank Holiday, expect a slight delay in delivery.
You can have it delivered to your home or for pick-up at any H&M store near you.

You can’t choose their next-day delivery option if your order is larger than 70x50x60cm. This includes furniture and lighting.
When you reach checkout, it will tell you which items might not be eligible for next-day delivery.
How long does H&M take to deliver?
H&M offers different delivery options, and the shipping cost will vary depending on the total amount of your purchase and if you’re part of the brand’s membership program.
For their next-day delivery service, you also have the option for a drop point delivery or picking up your orders from the nearest H&M location.
Their next-day home and pick-up point delivery options will be delivered by 8 PM. For pick-up points, they only deliver from Mondays to Saturdays, except for Bank Holidays.
Their standard home and pick-up point delivery promise that your items will be delivered in three to five days.

How much does H&M delivery cost?
Next-day delivery costs £5.99 for both members and non-members. Standard home and pick-up point delivery cost £3.99, but it’s free for all plus members and members spending £20 or more.
Certain items are subject to transportation restrictions and cannot be shipped to certain locations, including Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Shetland Islands, the Orkney Islands, the Scilly Islands, and the Scottish Isles.
Can you track your H&M order?
You will be notified via email about the shipment confirmation and a link to track your order online.
You can also log on to your account on the website and check on ‘Order’ to see any updates about your package. Although, it might take a few days for your tracking information to be uploaded.

Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been confirmed yet, you still have time to cancel it. You just need to sign in to your account and view your orders under “My Purchases,” if the “Cancel Order” button is still visible, click it right away.
Once the button is no longer visible, your order has been confirmed and cannot be cancelled. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchases, you can always return them.
Which courier does H&M use?
H&M’s customer service Twitter account mentioned that they use different courier services. For home delivery, they usually use Hermes and Yodel, while other courier services are employed for delivering parcels to stores and parcel shops.

The brand has a generous return policy. You can get a full refund if you return the items within 28 days.
