What is H&M’s Next Designer Collaboration?

When one door closes...

Last Updated on May 24, 2023

H&M has dropped so many incredible designer collaborations over the years, working with some of the world’s most iconic fashion houses including Maison Margiela, Moschino, Erdem, Sonia Rykiel and more recently, Simone Rocha.

The high street brand collaborates with a designer roughly once a year, and like you, I’ve been eagerly awaiting to see what the high street brand have up their sleeves next.

It’s not just designers they collaborate with either. H&M teamed up with style icon Iris Apfel in spring 2022 on a collection of dresses, co-ords, jewellery, shoes and more fabulous pieces. Like many exclusive collections H&M creates, it sold out almost instantly.

What is the next H&M designer collaboration?

H&M teamed up with Mugler in May 2023, so as yet, we don’t have any news of the next big collaboration.

We’re expecting the next collab to come in 2024, but we can’t confirm this.

When are H&M’s designer collaborations released?

When H&M’s designer collaborations first started in 2005, they happened annually. Now H&M are doing more and more collaborations; in 2021, they teamed up with Brock Collection, LemLem and Sabyasachi Mukherjee.

The most notable collaboration of 2021 was of course Simone Rocha, but in 2022 they opted to work on their own-brand collections with Studio and Innovation Stories, as well as the hotly-anticipated collaboration with Iris Apfel.

Their next collab came in spring 2023, so they don’t really follow a specific pattern.

Why does H&M collaborate with designers?

The collections aim to bring both brands to a wider audience.

It’s a great way for designer brands to get introduced to those who love the high street, and it’s also great for those who love designer labels to add something new to their collections at a much more affordable price point.

While we don’t have news of a designer collab right now, we’re updating this as soon as find out more information. Bookmark us to stay updated.
