Dressing for the cold winter month of December is my absolute favourite, think cozy knits, chic boots and leather trousers without the freezing cold weather January and February bring.
That being said transitioning your wardrobe for the winter is no easy task with the weather being so unpredictable here in the UK.

You never know what you’re going to get at this time of year and this year is no exception. One minute it could be a lovely bright sunny morning and then without any warning, rain showers set in to ruin just about any outfit.
This can unfortunately mean a hell of a lot of outfit planning in the mornings. Wool coat or rain coat? Boots or trainers? Umbrella or no umbrella? And exactly how many layers are too many layers?
Now that December is upon us, I’ve been trawling through my Instagram feed for some winter outfit inspiration, and I’ve certainly found some great ideas for us.
Think cozy knit jumpers, velvet two pieces, feathers, party dresses, platforms, and so much more – it is party season after all.
Some of our favourite influencers have been dropping amazing winter outfits and I for one will definitely be recreating all of these this looks this December, so I thought I’d share them with you.
With it creeping closer and closer to the festive season I’ve added some night out inspo that will be perfect for just about any festive party you might have this December. Is it really even festive season if you don’t treat yourself to a new party dress? (or three).
After all Christmas is the one time of year that it’s completely normal (if not mandatory) to go all-out.
Keep scrolling for our 6 favourite transitional looks that you can recreate this December – whether you’re looking for party or cozy outfit options here’s what to wear in December.
