How to return your H&M order
Returning your H&M order is easy. The brand uses Royal Mail and Evri (formerly known as Hermes), and there’s also options whether you have a printer or not.
To start off your return, login to the returns portal or find the relevant order under your account. You’ll see an option to ‘return an item.’
If you opt for the returns portal option, you’ll be required to enter the order number. You can find this in your order confirmation from the brand or in your account on the website.
You’ll then tick the items you want to send back, give a reason why you’re returning it and enter the quantity. Click proceed.
Next, you’ll be given a selection of methods to choose from. You can either drop your order off to the Post Office, an Evri carrier near you or arrange a collection through Evri.
Once you choose the right option for you, you’ll either be sent a label to print off and attach to your package, or you’ll be sent a QR code. This can be shown to at the Post Office, where they’ll print off a label for you.
Orders collected from your home require a printer.
If you change your mind about returning an item, don’t panic. If you don’t send it, nothing will happen.
If you’re sending other items back but decide to keep one, there’s no need to inform the brand either.
